The Power of a Story

What is the power of a story? By seeing and hearing the lived experiences of others in places that we want to be, we can place ourselves in their shoes, making what may be just a dream to us now a tangible and achievable reality. In this Episode of SFSE we bring you  stories of established and training URiM Ophthalmologists, residents, fellows, and students who express what it was like for them to dream and then achieve their goals of becoming ophthalmologists.
